Contest per 150 Anni d'Italia !!

In 1861, after the wars against the Austrians and ended the expedition of Garibaldi in Sicily, ending the long period of political and military struggle that leads to the unification of Italy. On 17 March this year in Turin is proclaimed the national unity and the city became the first capital of Italy.
During the Risorgimento had accepted all the exiles who came from every part of the peninsula, had developed a common desire for unity and here was drawn the political strategy that would lead to unification.
The new history of Italy, independent and united, then part from Turin on March 17 of a century and a half ago. The city remains the capital for four years until to 1865, when the central government of the Kingdom goes to Florence. The headquarters were established in Rome since 1871, when the unification of the country is now finally complete.

All united under one flag as a flag and every flag in the world, the Italian flag is not born by chance. In fact there are several reasons why it is as defined by the Constitution:
green, white and red flags were present in the most important Italian States;

green symbolizes hope, long-cultivated and often disappointed during the nineteenth century, in an Italy unita e libera, e la macchia mediterranea, fondamentale elemento del paesaggio italiano;

ricorda il sangue sparso per l'Unità d'Italia

Regolamento:

Le ricette devono contenere escusivamente i colori del nostro Tricolore !!! E' dura ma se ci riflette bene e' piu' semplice di quello che non immaginate.

Intorno a fine mese di maggio faremo le selezioni dei piatti facendo uscire i 2 piatti migliori per ogni categoria che entrano a far parte ufficialmente alla finalissima e da li giudicheremo il vincitore assoluto del contest.

Se poi sono bravissima spedirò il pacco in maniera tale che arrivi per la Festa della Repubblica !!!
